Happy Holidays from Mu Chapter!

The women of Delta Gamma at Mizzou would like to wish you and yours a happy holiday season! We are enjoying our time away from classes to spend time at home with our family, but before our winter break began, we made time to celebrate the holidays with our sisters. Members of NMCs '10 and '11 used DG's pretty outdoor lights as a backdrop for holiday group shots.

DG House Becomes Santa's Workshop

On Sunday, December 4th, Mu chapter housed a holiday craft sale. 2012 PI CHI (NMC '10) organized the successful event to finish her term as Director of Sisterhood Events. There were several vendors there, including Bowtique, BelleStyle, and Cha Boutique. All had a variety of accessories for Delta Gamma ladies to get a jump start on their holiday shopping, and there were a variety of treats made by our awesome cook, AJ. The event was a great three-hour break from studying and got everyone at Mu chapter in the holiday spirit!

Twilight Brings Sisters Together

Mu chapter DGs crowded Hollywood Theaters' Columbia location early Friday morning, November 18th. The sisterhood event, planned by 2012 PI CHI (NMC '10), brought sisters together for the 12:45 am showing of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 1. We filled an entire theater and many ladies channeled their favorite character with awesome costumes!

The best dressed award went to Summer Bridges and Kelsey Porter (NMC '10) who are pictured at left. They won a gift card to the theater for future movie dates.

The event was a huge success and a great start to our long Thanksgiving Break!
