The women of Delta Gamma dressed up in their classy sophisticated attire and met at Old Hawthorne Country Club, which was formerly the home of Darlene Johnson's (p.c. '57). They ate delicious quiche, cinnamon rolls, salad and more, while enjoying the companies of their fellow sisters.
Of course, there isn't a true Founders Day celebration without some unforgettable Delta Gamma songs! Luckily, we had the choir to lead us off in our tradition and senior Jessica Hughes (p.c. '07) to lead us off in the Delta Gamma Omega Toast.
After brunch, the girls gathered to hear some fantastic awards:
Most Outstanding in Pledge Class
Amanda Klohmann (p.c. '07), Gracey Roope (p.c. '08), Elissa Curtis (p.c. '10), and Jenner Smith (p.c. '09)

Not pictured - Kelly Nelson (p.c. '07)

Congratulations girls on your awards! :)
"Doing Good" isn't easy; we wouldn't be able to pull off all the hard work we do without Mu's House Corporation. We can't thank these ladies enough! After the awards section of Founder's Day concluded, the Mu House Corporation hosted it's annual meeting to update the chapter on their activities.
We had such a successful Founders Day this year, which couldn't have been done without the amazing leadership of Director of Alumnae Relations Lauren Hagerty (p.c. '09) and chapter advisory team member Debbie Link (p.c. '72). One thing's for sure - once a DG, always a DG!
